Rockstar Energy
- This promotion was with Rock star Energy Drink. They are very strong on the West Coast but not as well on the East Coast. PK Velocity Founder, Tony Priscaro, had been trying to get this brand to come back to NASCAR for a while but the owner DID NOT want to spend money on the East Coast.
- Priscaro used his contacts at Circle K and brought all the East Coast stores into a promotion again. Over 850 in total. At the time, Rock Star was launching three new flavors and Priscaro negotiated space, in an already crowded energy drink space, for the three new flavors. In fact, in a collaborated effort an "inside cooler window suction cup display" was customized to display the three new flavors.
- The Rock Star Race Car was driven by Ryan Preece and featured Circle K on the rear of the race car. A Rock Star show car program was also in place for the week of the Charlotte race. The replica race car visited select Circle K stores in the Charlotte, NC along with driver appearances.
